Join us to experience the delicious flavours of the sea at our 'Demo & Dine: BBQ Seafood Masterclass'.
The Pavilion Research and Development Chef, David Rice, will demonstrate how to maximise your BBQ to create three marine inspired dishes, featuring locally sourced seafood.
With 25 years experience and a wealth of culinary knowledge, David will share his methods in choosing the ideal fish for your dishes and at the end of the class, he will present all three dishes for tasting, accompanied by a glass of wine for your enjoyment.
The dishes on the night include:
- BBQ seafood chowder with soda bread
- Hot smoked salmon with potato blini and pickled cucumber, lemon crème fraiche
- Charred scallops, BBQ courgettes, sauce Vierge, garlic butter
