At The Pavilion, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original boxes with all protective padding and include your printed return slip to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
